Haritachala Organics is a non-profit initiative founded by devoted volunteers and spiritual seekers as an offering of love, devotion, and gratitude to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba and Sri Sainathuni Sarath Babuji. We handcraft healthy, organic products to support Haritachala in Tiruvanamalai, India which encompasses our Sai Baba temple, retreats, and our biodiverse organic farm. Haritachala also supports the livelihoods of rural women who work with the organization. Everyone working on the project from the US branch is a volunteer, and the cost of the products covers only ingredients, packaging, and transport. 100% of profits directly support these initiatives.

We are a group of girls from the U.S. who traveled to India for the Giggling Geckos Summer Camp and discovered something far deeper than we ever imagined - a profound sense of connection, belonging, and love, rooted in our time at Haritachala. That experience has stayed with us long after we returned home.

During our time at Haritachala, we became acutely aware of the ongoing support needed to sustain this special place. Haritachala financially supports the staff with many things including sponsoring their children's education, providing opportunities for skills training, and offering life insurance, among other needs. The numerous projects at Haritachala — from silent retreats and the nursery to summer camps and anniversaries — nurture countless initiatives. All of these thrive only through steady funding, allowing Haritachala to remain an oasis, a place to recharge and preserve nature in its purest form.

Witnessing this firsthand, we understood how much care, effort, and resources it takes to maintain the farm. Back in the U.S., this awareness sparked a deep desire in us to give back and help sustain Haritachala — a place that has given us so much. We also wanted to stay meaningfully connected to one another, no matter the distance or time.

Out of love, gratitude, and deep respect for Haritachala, this project was born. Everything we do is entirely voluntary, and every outcome of our work goes directly back to Haritachala. Working together has brought us purpose and joy, creating a space for learning, creativity, and self-discovery.

Through this journey, we continue to explore who we are, what we care about, and how we can offer our talents to Baba and Guruji with intention and heart.

Haritachala Organics operates in both India and the United States. This website currently features products from our Dallas branch. We are working on making our India-based products available on the website in the future. At present, all offerings are available in Dallas only.

The products are handcrafted by volunteers and young spiritual seekers who dedicate their time and talents as an offering to Baba and Guruji. Everyone involved makes them as an expression of love and devotion — a reflection of our spirit and service. We hope our passion and intention reach many people, bringing nourishment, joy, and a sense of connection.

We prioritize organic, high-quality, and local ingredients. Sometimes organic ingredients are hard to source, and in rare cases, we use non-organic ingredients—but always of the highest quality.

In the current products we are offering the ingredients are not from Haritachala but our wish to source from Haritachala. We source locally from Dallas so our ingredients are fresh and clean.

We are exploring options for nationwide shipping and would appreciate your support — the more orders we receive, the more affordable shipping becomes. If you know of shipping services or ideas that could help make nationwide delivery feasible, please let us know.

Pickup details, including date, time, and location, are shared after orders are confirmed. We strive to make the pickup process smooth, joyful, and considerate for everyone.

As a small, volunteer-led initiative, we kindly ask that cancellation or refund requests be submitted within 48 hours. We handle every request with compassion and care and appreciate your understanding as we strive to be mindful of our volunteers' time. Each request is considered thoughtfully and with heart.
